Are your products truly fragrance free?

YES! Project Goods creates premium, custom-formulated personal care products developed by scientists and made with effective, top-shelf ingredients. Our formulas deliver real results - without toxic fragrance, perfume, essential oils, or masking agents. We use U.S. sourced ingredients and proudly manufacturer in the USA.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

  • All orders ship from Dallas, Texas, USA.
  • Project Goods is currently shipping within the United States.
  • Domestic United States shipping is charged at a Flat-Rate of $7.95 per order and we pay the overage on your behalf.
  • Orders will ship out within two business days.
  • Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
  • Tracking information will be provided as soon as it is generated.
  • International shipping is currently unavailable due to customs and delivery complexities outside of our control. International customers may choose to use a third-party U.S. freight forwarding service at their discretion.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? 

Due to the nature of personal care products, all sales are final.

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items. Please review all product details and ingredient lists carefully before placing your order.

A note on shampoo & conditioner:

When switching to a fragrance free, sulfate-free hair routine, some customers experience a transition period as the hair and scalp adjust. This can take up to 4 weeks or approximately 6-8 washes. Individual results vary, and not every product is the right fit for every person.

We stand behind the quality of our American-made, U.S.-sourced products and are confident they are worth the try. If a product isn't the right fit for you, we encourage gifting it to a friend or family member. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@projectgoods.com within 48 hours of delivery.
