Project Goods stands for premium, custom formulated, personal care products created by scientists, and made with effective, top-shelf ingredients that deliver results, without toxic fragrance, perfume, essential oils or the use of masking agents.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

  • All orders ship from Dallas, Texas, USA.
  • Project Goods is currently shipping within the United States and Canada. 
  • Domestic United States shipping is charged at a Flat-Rate of $6.99 per order and we pay the overage on your behalf.
  • International Canadian shipping is paid for by the customer. Please note Project Goods is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees on international orders. These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities, and must be paid by the recipient.
  • ORDERS WILL SHIP OUT WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS.
  • Tracking information will be provided as soon as it is generated.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? 

We are currently unable to accept returns, or offer refunds, on any opened products due to public health concerns. Please read all ingredients before purchasing. We realize this may be inconvenient, however we are a new baby-brand with extremely limited resources, we are boot-strapping our inventory as we grow our sales, and we simply do not have the efficiencies (yet) to take used products back that we can not resell.

We are confident that our American Made & U.S. Sourced products are worth the try. If for some reason you do not care for your products, please regift them to a friend or family member. They are safe enough for your babies, fur-babies, and even your laundry!
