We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $7.95 per order. We cover any shipping costs that exceed this amount.

Orders typically ship within two business days Monday through Friday. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.

International shipping is not available at this time due to customs and delivery complexities.

Lost, Stolen, or Incorrectly Addressed Packages:

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Project Goods is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.  This includes, but is not limited to, packages marked as delivered but not found at the delivery location, apartment or mailbox misplacements, or packages delivered to shared or incorrect lockers. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Project Goods is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.

In cases where a package is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, we are happy to re-ship the order once it is received back, however additional shipping fees may apply.

While we are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds in these situations, we will always do our best to assist and review each case individually.
